You can book via our website, phone, and mail or in person. By booking on our website clicking the book now button you are agreeing to Lodges Bus Service terms and conditions.

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.  If required there is an emergency please ring 0260 298657 and leave a message as management has message notification.


Luxury coach travel, good accommodation, (minimum 3 1/2 Star where possible), meals as outlined in itinerary, entry into all attractions, many morning and afternoon teas.  Naturally any additional purchases such as souvenirs, drinks etc are not included.

Deposit extended tours

A deposit is required for every extended tour, with the amount varying depending on your specific tour. You will be informed of the deposit requirements when you make your booking or the brochure will have full details. When you receive your deposit invoice it will state the date of full payment.

Deposit day tours/concerts

Full payment confirms your booking for all day trips unless otherwise organized with management.


Lodges Bus Service does accept cash, cheques, MasterCard, Visa and Eftpos. A 1% surcharge may apply when paying by eftpos.( Banks fee )

Cancellations and Refunds

Day trips/Concerts

Bookings are not refundable but may be transferred to another name for that specific trip.

All extended tours require a deposit within upon booking - Deposit requirements are listed on itinerary. All Extended Tours must be paid for in full 60 Days prior to departure or as specified on the itinerary Cancellations made 7 days or less from the departure date incur a 100% fee of tour cost Cancellations made 29 - 8 days from the departure date incur a 50% fee of tour cost.


Lodges arrange tours on the conditions that they are not liable for any damage, injury or loss which may occur due to accident, delay, irregularity or defect of any vehicle, vessel or accommodation.

  • Lodges Bus Service also acts as an agent for other ‘providers’, including suppliers of accommodation, air, other ground transport, meals and attractions.  Lodges Bus Service will not be liable for any loss, delay or damage endured by a passenger or their property, due to any act, including negligence of the  abovementioned ‘providers’, or by Lodges Bus Service tours.
  • No alcohol is permitted on Lodges Bus Service buses or coaches unless pre-arranged with management.
  • Completion of the booking form or by clicking the book now button on our website, indicates acceptance of the Lodges Bus Service Terms and Conditions.
  • Lodges Bus Service and any of its ‘providers’ reserve the right to alter published itinerary if it in the passenger’s best interest to do so.
  • Lodges Bus Service reserves the right to substitute their coaches with a vehicle of a lesser standard as a result of mechanical failure, or any other unforseen circumstance.
  • Lodges Bus Service will accommodate special dietary requirements from their ‘providers’ but Lodges Bus Service cannot guarantee that such requirements will always be met.
  • Lodges Bus Service will not allow passengers to commence or continue their tour if their physical or mental conditions becomes unsafe to themselves or other passengers. Lodges Bus Service will not be held liable for any expenses as a result of a passenger being required to leave the tour.
